The next public meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Carnegie Art Center at 240 Goundry Street. There will be a presentation at 5:30 p.m. covering key findings from the existing conditions analysis, overview of feedback from the first public meeting, the draft purpose and needs statement, and initial concepts to improve the Twin Cities Memorial Highway and Division Street. Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to review information about the Study, meet with the Study team, and share feedback on the initial concepts and draft purpose and needs statement.
