Some of the initial concepts presented at the second public meeting in April (see below for more details) include substantial changes to Division Street, such as converting Division Street from one-way traffic to two-way traffic, removing the slip ramps to the Twin Cities Memorial Highway, or combining Division Street with Twin Cities Memorial Highway to create a single roadway.

A resident meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 6th, 2025 at the Carnegie Art Center at 240 Goundry Street from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to discuss the impacts that the concepts may have on Division Street.

Residents and business owners on Division Street are also encouraged to share their feedback via this online survey.
